What happened in Texas? Who were these mob members? Why did they kill the passenger and not the driver?
That is one reason I think that lawsuits are better than the alternative, as this demonstrates. It's one thing to discharge one's responsibility in a tort by spending one's wealth, and it's another to pay it in flesh.
