Uttered in the College of Public Health

I fail to see why this Public Health indoctrination is necessary to obtain residency training in Occupational Medicine. Social and Behavioral Sciences Applied to Public Health is a core course, taken by everyone in the College of Public Health. I took this course last summer.

Before I proceed, let me tell you I personally adore this professor.

However, within 2 weeks and 4 classes, I heard the following statements in this class, not necessarily from the teacher:
1. Health care is a right
2. We should redistribute wealth in order to diminish health care inequalities
3. National control of the health care system should be instituted

Don't even get me started on the Global Health survey course.
