Unreasonable search

Now, I'm not a lawyer, but this stinks.

What if the landlord is looking for Catholics? or pornography? Can they search for those?

And, just what is so bad about having a gun in one's possession in these apartments? Or is that in the lease, too?

Plain reading of the law shows that the searches are unreasonable. You can't say that having a gun has anything to do with the owners' right to maintain their property.

And another thing. What is it with misspelling Point? What makes it a Pointe? Like, "ye olde shoppe." Or the "Pointe Shoppe?" Oh, I see. The answer's here. It was done by printers to help justify their printe into columnes. The Pointe. Bah!
